Fitness is a journey, not a destination- Recently, as I've reflected on my fitness journey, when I was just starting and I was at my heaviest... there were so many times I felt like I wasn't seeing any progress, lot's of doubts clouded my mind, making me question my actions and wonder if my efforts were even making a difference. I'm here to remind you of the beauty and power in taking things little by little. It's all about those small, consistent efforts. The time will pass anyway, so something in the mean time!

1. Every Effort Matters

No matter how small it may seem, every step you take in your fitness journey counts. Did you choose stairs over the elevator today? Did you walk instead of drive? Opt for a salad instead of fries?
